    You will receive your JetSim shortly after placing your order. However, there is an additional step: you must complete a form to have your JetSim issued. Visit this link to complete the process. Please note that Amazon may take a day or two to finalize your order. For faster delivery, we recommend purchasing directly from our website, where your JetSim will be issued immediately.
  • How is my JetSim delivered to me? Will I receive anything in the mail?
    If you order directly from our website, your JetSim eSIM QR code will be delivered instantly via email—no physical package required. However, if you purchase from a marketplace like Amazon, you will receive a printed guide with instructions on how to access your JetSim.
  • What is the JetSim refund policy?
    JetSim offers a refund in cases where the service cannot be used due to trip cancellations or device compatibility issues.
  • What should I do once I arrive at my destination for my JetSim to work?

  • How do I set up my JetSim before my trip?

  • How do I find the correct APN settings for my JetSim?
    You can find a list of APN settings at https://www.myjetsim.com/apn. Additionally, the APN settings for your specific plan will be included in the email containing your QR code.
  • What is real-name registration, and when is it required?
    Real-name registration is a regulatory requirement in certain countries. If you’re traveling to a destination that requires it, you will receive a registration link via SMS upon arrival. You must submit your passport before your service can be activated.
  • Does JetSim offer customer support?

  • Can I use talk and text with JetSim?
    JetSim does not support traditional voice calls and text messages. However, you can use popular messaging and calling apps such as WhatsApp, Skype, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat and others for communication.
  • Can I use apps like LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, or Facebook Messenger with JetSim?
    Yes, you can use these apps and any other internet-based services with JetSim.
  • Can I transfer my JetSim from one device to another?
    No, your JetSim can only be installed on one device at a time. If you wish to use JetSim on a different device, you will need to purchase a new one.
  • What happens if I accidentally delete my JetSim from my device? Can I reinstall it?

  • Can I use JetSim for data while keeping my current carrier for talk and text?
    Yes, you can use JetSim for data while keeping your regular carrier for talk and text. To do so, disable data roaming for your current carrier in your device settings, then enable data roaming for your JetSim. Please be aware that any voice or text usage through your original carrier may incur roaming charges. We recommend contacting your carrier to confirm any potential fees.
  • How does the plan duration work for daily data plans?
    With a daily data plan, your daily high-speed data allowance will reset at midnight each day. On the final day of your plan, your data will remain active until 11:59 PM.
  • What is the Total Data Plan, and how does the plan duration work?
    The Total Data Plan provides a set amount of high-speed data along with unlimited basic-speed data for the entire duration. The plan activates upon your arrival at your destination and expires at the same time on the final day.
  • Can I check my JetSim data usage while traveling?
