- The service cannot be delivered due to a verified technical issue.
The following cases may be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis:
- The plan has been used, activated, or expired but did not meet expectations.
- Issues related to device incompatibility, incorrect installation, or user error.
Non-Refundable Items
- SIM card cost ($1 USD) is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
A $1 USD SIM card fee will be deducted from all applicable refunds.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- Customers are not required to return physical SIM cards.
