After purchasing your JetSIM plan, you will receive a SIM card with  your plan included. Simply insert the SIM card into your phone before your trip. The service will automatically begin upon arrival at your destination.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• The SIM/eSIM has not been activated or used.
• The service cannot be delivered due to a verified technical issue.

The following cases may be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis:

• The plan has been used, activated, or expired but did not meet expectations.
• Issues related to device incompatibility, incorrect installation, or user error.

Non-Refundable Items

• SIM card cost ($1 USD) is non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

A $1 USD SIM card fee will be deducted from all applicable refunds.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

• Customers are not required to return physical SIM cards.
• For eSIM refunds, the eSIM must be deleted from the device before processing.
• Our team may request additional information for troubleshooting before approving a refund.
• We reserve the right to review each case individually and determine eligibility accordingly.
